In five years, he went from baggage handler to CEO of a multi-million dollar company. Josef grew up in a poor family amidst great wealth in his neighborhood, which made him acutely conscious of what he lacked. But there was a silver lining to the black cloud of poverty: watching his parents struggle inspired Josef to excel, to work three jobs in college, to dream big. His struggles and hardships define him as a person. Luck has nothing to do with his success; perseverance is the key. Like Josef, we are all capable of achieving greatness if we dream big.
